Pangea Groves Apartments

Pangea was the last of 3 apartments I recently went to get information from for my upcoming move and I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and the cleanliness of the office. I was met by Brianna, who was immediately very personable and accommodating. She gave me a tour and was very thorough with answering all of my questions and alleviating my moving concerns. Definitely made this property stand out more to me.

******************UPDATE AFTER MOVING*********************** We are finally leaving and besides the mess of apartment issues, we also had our car stolen. Keys were inside our apartment and someone still stole it. Our other car was broken into at least 3 times. Be careful living here and leave nothing valuable in your car because it is very likely to be stolen or broken into. Overall, it is cheap and decent for the price. I would not recommend though due to the crime. ****************************************************************** We’ve loved living here until we had a maintenance issue. It’s been 4 days with weather in the 80s-90s and no AC. It’s over 80° in our apartment and no one will answer to fix our AC. Before this we’ve loved living here. Big apartments for a good price in a relatively nice area. If you live here just hope you don’t have any emergencies… The edit to 1 star is because when we call the front office to complain that it has now been 5 days they hang up on us as soon as we tell them what apartment we are.

Notified maintenance about a hole and a drip of water in the bathroom in September. Notified them again the week of thanksgiving due to it actively leaking. It was not fixed and it continued to leak. Notified them AGAIN on Christmas, water is STILL leaking and there’s a hole in the ceiling. There should not be water still leaking in my bathroom.

Do NOT get trapped by Pangea Grove Apartments! The rent starts at a deceptive $1200, but they’ll gouge you for $1550 by the time you’re cornered into signing. It’s an outright con! Living here is a nightmare. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. The carpet? It's like walking on gritty sandpaper. The floors are a disgrace – I constantly felt guilty for my downstairs neighbor. Maintenance at Pangea Grove is a joke. Report a problem, and it vanishes into thin air – they just don’t care. Expect to be nickel-and-dimed for every little thing, from key replacements to extortionate parking fees (watch your car, they’re tow-happy). The utilities are a robbery on top of the already inflated rent. The laundry facilities? Don’t even bother, utterly useless. Pangea Grove Apartments is a predatory scam, exploiting those with no other options. Avoid it like the plague!
